Returns

Does the ordered item not suit you? You have 14 days to return it to us in its original packaging. After this period, no returns will be processed. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.

If the package fits in your mailbox:
Go to the Laposte website to request package collection by purchasing a new label.

If the package is too large for your mailbox:
Stick the label on the package and drop it off at the post office near you.
