Terms and Conditions of Sale
The offer and sale of products on this site are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The products purchased are sold directly by VMGWORLD 883799850 R.C.S.
The general terms and conditions of sale may be modified, particularly in consideration of possible regulatory changes. The new general terms and conditions of sale will apply from their date of publication on this site. Furthermore, with each order placed on the site, each customer acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Rule N° 1: Price
1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in Euros, all taxes included, excluding participation in processing and shipping costs.
1.2 - In the case of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and French overseas territories, the price will be calculated without tax automatically on the invoice. Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be required. For any order to a country other than metropolitan France, please contact VMGWORLD via the customer service page.
1.3 - All orders must be paid in Euros.
1.4 - VMGWORLD reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of order registration, subject to their availability.
Rule N° 2: Order
By confirming your online order, you unconditionally accept and undertake to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your dealings with VMGWORLD. If you disagree with any terms indicated in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, we invite you not to confirm your order form for the purchase of products on VMGWORLD. By submitting your order form, you confirm that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale without reservation.
Rule N° 3: Availability
Our product offers are available within the limits of available stock. Errors may exceptionally occur, particularly in the case of simultaneous orders for the same product by several customers. In the event of product unavailability after placing your order, we undertake to inform you by email or phone as soon as possible.
VMGWORLD incurs no liability in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of products.
Rule N° 4: Order Finalization
At any time, you can: Add products by clicking on "Add to Cart", View selected products by clicking on "Checkout or Cart", Modify your selection by clicking on "Update", or by adjusting quantities as appropriate.
For each product selected on the site, a summary page will be displayed, showing the photo of the item, its colors and reference, the chosen quantity, its unit price, and the total price of your order. You must carefully check the accuracy of your selection before confirming your order.
While every effort is made to ensure that the color and pattern of the products whose photos are displayed on the site are faithful to the original products, variations may occur, particularly due to the limitations of color rendering depending on computer equipment. Consequently, VMGWORLD cannot be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the photographs or graphic representations of the products appearing on the site.
If you have any questions about the products, you can naturally contact Customer Service. Once completed, your order is transmitted directly for processing.
VMGWORLD reserves the right not to accept an order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over a previous order, or if the company reasonably believes that a customer has violated these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, or for any other legitimate reason.
You have the option to create an account to save billing and delivery information for a future order. You will be asked to create your own password for future use of this account. You undertake, under your sole responsibility, to keep these identifiers confidential and never to communicate them to third parties. Consequently, any purchase made using these identifiers will be deemed to have been made by yourself. In the event of loss, theft, or any fraudulent use of your password, you undertake to inform VMGWORLD immediately.
Rule N° 5: Delivery
Products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process.
Shipments in France are made by Colissimo.
Delivery costs are calculated automatically as soon as you finalize your shopping bag and appear in the total to be paid. The amount depends on the products in your order, the delivery zone, and the chosen service.
Customs fees and other charges in the country of arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.
Any defect or delay in delivery exceeding 8 working days must be reported to our Customer Service by email or telephone.
You must check the conformity of the goods upon delivery and indicate, if possible on the delivery note, in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature, any anomalies observed (open package, damaged product, etc.).
You must then contact Customer Service by telephone.
Rule N° 6: Payment
You can choose between different payment methods: - Credit cards - Paypal
For payment by credit card, the accepted cards are: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
Rule N° 7: Returns
We do not process exchanges as such. Within 14 days of your delivery, simply return your item in its original packaging. We will refund you upon receipt of the item (a notification email will be sent to you) within 10 days from its delivery date. You can then order the item that suits you, in a different size or color for example.
1. PREPARE THE PACKAGE Place the item(s) back in its/their original packaging(s), then place it/them in a package. Please include your order number in the package.
2. SHIP THE ITEM(S) Drop your package at the nearest post office and send it to the following address (return shipping costs are at your expense):

4. YOU ARE REFUNDED! Upon receipt of your package by our services, you will be refunded within 10 working days (generally observed delay). The refund will be made using the same payment method used during the order.
Rule N° 8: Responsibilities
The products offered comply with current French legislation. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities in your country for the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you intend to order.
Rule N° 9: Disputes
This contract is concluded in French and subject to French law. In the event of a legal dispute, only French courts have jurisdiction.
Rule N° 10: Personal Information
VMGWORLD undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information you provide to it. This information remains confidential. It will only be used by our internal services for processing your order, personalizing communication, and the cultural product offer reserved for VMGWORLD customers, notably through VMGWORLD newsletters to which you will have subscribed according to your interests.
Consequently, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 (declaration number 1733208 v 0), you have a right of access, rectification, and opposition to your personal data. To do so, simply send us your request online or by mail, indicating your name, first name, address and, if possible, your reference via the form.
